Eagle Building

I always liked this building found some information on it.

Formerly The Eagle Tavern 200/201 High Street East 17th century building The three-storey building is thought to date from 1869. Externally it is largely unaltered since the late 19th century and little altered internally since the 1920s. The building was occupied for most of the 20th century by Fairgrieve (Mouldings) Ltd, believed to be one of the first companies in the country to manufacture Bakelite.
